HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
You already know Bird Trouble leather goods are proudly handcrafted. We have ready-made inventory to send you, but a few of our larger leather bags may be on back order due to a high volume of sales. We'll state this in the listings, so just keep your eyes peeled!
We're announcing our ordering deadline dates so we can ensure you receive your order by December 25th.
- INSIDE THE USA: Place your order by December 5th. Your order will ship either within 3 days or by Dec 19th.
- OUTSIDE THE USA: Place your order by Dec 1st. Your order will ship either within 3 days or by Dec 8th.
All goods already-made will be shipped within 1 week of your order being place. All custom orders may vary especially during our busy holiday season. Products on our website are already-made.

All goods are shipped via USPS Priority, unless requested otherwise.
Ground Domestic — $5 flat rate
Ground International — $8 flat rate
2nd Day — upon request
Overnight – upon request
Domestic orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

Our products are guaranteed for craftsmanship up to 2 years. Repairs or replacements will be accepted at our discretion if the chance that our product is found defective. After 2 years, we reserve the right to decline repairs, but we may issue a repair.
Returns & Exchanges
Please email us if we've failed to meet your expectations and you'd like to discuss a return or exchange. We are happy to issue one as long as your good is in "like-new" condition. Unfortunately we are unable to refund your shipping, but we will return the favor by paying for the shipping on it's way back to you. Unfortunately, we are not responsible if your return gets lost in transit.
