* READY TO SHIP * 
A limited number of Ready To Ship goods will be available in November.
 

* MADE TO ORDER *
Allow 4-6 weeks for MADE TO ORDER items to be handmade specifically to your liking. You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped.
 

* RUSH ORDERS *
We happily consider rush orders if our production schedule allows for flexibility. Please reach out via email or the contact page prior to placing your order.

 



PRICING


Domestic Priority — $6.50 - $20 depending on weight. Includes tracking.

International Priority — $10 - $30 depending on weight. Includes tracking. We currently ship to Canada and Australia. Please, contact us if you live elsewhere. 

2nd Day — upon request

Overnight – upon request

 
 

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Goods over $200 are guaranteed for craftsmanship up to 5 years. Goods under $199 are guaranteed for 3 years.

Repairs or replacements will be accepted at our discretion if the chance that our product is found defective.

After your warranty, we reserve the right to decline complementary repairs but we are more than willing to repair your piece for a small price or give you a tip on where to go.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please email us if we've failed to meet your expectations and you'd like to discuss a return or exchange.  We are happy to issue one as long as your good is in "like-new" condition.  We are not responsible for your return during postal transit.
