SHIPPING FAQS



* READY TO SHIP * 
A limited number of of ready made items currently in stock can be found under "READY TO SHIP". Orders for these will ship within 48 hours of your purchase. Please allow 4-6 days for delivery if you're in the USA and 1-2 weeks if you're outside of the USA. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
 

* MADE TO ORDER *
Allow 1-3 weeks for MADE TO ORDER items to be made for you and shipped. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order's delivery. You will receive a tracking number once it's shipped.


* SALE / END OF SEASON *
On a budget but still want to snag something rad? These items are marked down 20-50% and they will no longer be available after they sell out. Typically, they are also ready to ship within 48 hours of their order (it will be noted in the description). Win - win - win.



PRICING


Domestic Priority — $6.50 - $20 depending on weight. Includes tracking.

International Priority — $10 - $30 depending on weight. Includes tracking. We currently ship to Canada and Australia. Please, contact us if you live elsewhere. 

2nd Day — upon request

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Goods over $200 are guaranteed for craftsmanship up to 5 years. Goods under $199 are guaranteed for 3 years.

Repairs or replacements will be accepted at our discretion if the chance that our product is found defective.

After your warranty, we reserve the right to decline complementary repairs but we are more than willing to repair your piece for a small price or give you a tip on where to go.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please email us if we've failed to meet your expectations and you'd like to discuss a return or exchange.  We are happy to issue one as long as your good is in "like-new" condition.  We are not responsible for your return during postal transit.
