Between 11/1/17 to 11/20/17 - Your purchase will gift wrapped and shipped within 2 weeks.
After 11/20/17, we will had a limited amount of ready-made goods to gift wrap and ship within 24 hours of your purchase.

All goods are shipped via USPS Priority, unless requested otherwise.

Ground Domestic — $6.50 - $10 depending on weight.
Ground International — $10 - $26 depending on weight.
2nd Day — upon request
Overnight – upon request



During the holiday times, we will have a limited stock of ready-made inventory to send you.

To ensure you receive your order by December 25th, please order your Bird Trouble by the following dates:

  • INSIDE THE USA: Place your order by December 18th. Your order will ship within 24 hours.
  • OUTSIDE THE USA: Place your order by Dec 8th. Your order will ship within 24 hours.

Our products are guaranteed for craftsmanship up to 5 years.  Repairs or replacements will be accepted at our discretion if the chance that our product is found defective. After 5 years we reserve the right to decline complementary repairs but we are more than willing to repair your piece for a small price.


Returns & Exchanges

Please email us if we've failed to meet your expectations and you'd like to discuss a return or exchange.  We are happy to issue one as long as your good is in "like-new" condition.  Unfortunately we are unable to refund your shipping, but we will return the favor by paying for the shipping on it's way back to you.  Unfortunately, we are not responsible if your return gets lost in transit.
