Shipping Information

All goods are made to order and will be shipped within 3 - 4 weeks of your order being place. Please be patient since all orders are handmade with my two hands and keep in mind that I do work a full-time job outside of this. If you need your order by a specific date, please email me prior to placing your order. I may not be able to accommodate your request though I will try my very best.

All goods are shipped via USPS Priority, unless requested otherwise.

Ground Domestic — $6.50 - $10 depending on weight.
Ground International — $10 - $26 depending on weight.
2nd Day — upon request
Overnight – upon request

Our products are guaranteed for craftsmanship up to 5 years.  Repairs or replacements will be accepted at our discretion if the chance that our product is found defective. After 5 years we reserve the right to decline complementary repairs but we are more than willing to repair your piece for a small price.


Returns & Exchanges

Please email us if we've failed to meet your expectations and you'd like to discuss a return or exchange.  We are happy to issue one as long as your good is in "like-new" condition.  Unfortunately we are unable to refund your shipping, but we will return the favor by paying for the shipping on it's way back to you.  Unfortunately, we are not responsible if your return gets lost in transit.

We strive to exceed your expectations, but alas - mistakes happen because we are only human. If we happen to make a mistake on your order, from the production to the design to the shipping, please email us as soon as you can so we can discuss mending the situation.


You already know Bird Trouble leather goods are proudly handcrafted. During the holiday times, we will have ready-made inventory to send you, but a few of our larger leather bags may be on back order due to a high volume of sales. We'll state this in the listings, so just keep your eyes peeled!

We're announcing our ordering deadline dates so we can ensure you receive your order by December 25th.

  • INSIDE THE USA: Place your order by December 5th. Your order will ship either within 3 days or by Dec 19th.
  • OUTSIDE THE USA: Place your order by Dec 1st. Your order will ship either within 3 days or by Dec 8th.
